Classes and Services
2.1 By booking any of our classes or services, you agree to pay the specified fee in full.
2.2 Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any classes or services.
2.4 We reserve the right to change or cancel any classes or services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to the instructor’s illness, venue issues, or insufficient bookings.
2.5 We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the classes or services. You are advised to seek medical advice before attending any classes or services.

Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 If we need to cancel a class or service, we will provide a full refund or credit towards future classes or services.
3.2 If you need to cancel a class or service, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a credit towards future classes or services. No refunds will be given.
3.3 If you cancel a membership plan, you will not be refunded for any remaining classes or services.

Company Cancellation Policy
5.1 If Postnatal Recovery Ltd needs to cancel a class or service due to the instructor’s illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide notice as soon as possible and reschedule the class or service.
5.2 If Postnatal Recovery Ltd needs to cancel classes or services due to holidays or other planned closures, we will provide notice to members and make up the classes or services at a later date.
