Our program is designed for any mother who has given birth, whether it was a few weeks or many years ago. Our goal is to support you in your postnatal recovery journey, no matter where you are in that process.

Our program includes access to expert advice, personalized workout plans, and exclusive wellness events. We also offer a variety of ad-hoc services, such as aromatherapy and massage, to promote healing and relaxation.

 We offer a range of membership tiers, with prices starting at £49 per month. Please see our membership options page for more details.

Mama’s Community Circle is a postnatal recovery membership program that offers access to essential resources and support to improve postnatal wellness, regardless of financial limitations. We emphasize community and inclusivity by allowing members to contribute what they can afford.

The classes are delivered face-to-face at The Lake House in Kent and include the following topics:
