You can’t predict exactly what your birth will be like. You can prepare for the best, but you can’t prepare for the worst.
In general, women have all different kinds of experiences with childbirth. Your experience may be very positive or it may be extremely negative. No matter what happens during your labor and delivery, know that you are not alone and there is no right or wrong way to give birth. It might feel like everything is out of control—but this feeling is temporary! Remember: You will have an amazing support team around you to help guide you through this process in whatever way feels best for YOU!
We provide support for women who have undergone C-Section births, Hysterectomy operations, and other gynecological/Female surgeries involving abdominal incisions.
A lot of women feel restricted and have a hard time getting back into their pre-pregnancy clothes, with some women even developing a condition called lymphedema, which involves fluid retention. That’s completely unnecessary!
Our philosophy is to start small and work up. Doing so will help you gradually regain strength and flexibility while reducing the risk of injury and speeding up recovery.
During pregnancy, the position of the ribcage is altered. The ribs rise, the diameter expands, and the diaphragm descends. In the postnatal period, breathwork will support a mind-muscle connection, encourage abdominal tone and reduce the likelihood of diastasis recti. It will also aid in tension development in the linea alba, and much more.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle therapeutic technique that can help you fight off an infection, recover from surgery, or reduce the risk of lymphedema.
Lymph nodes are small organs that help move fluid through your lymphatic system. When you have an infection or injury, your body sends lymphocytes to fight off the infection and remove damaged cells. This process causes swelling in the affected area.
MLD helps reduce and prevent this type of swelling by promoting better circulation and drainage of fluids from the affected area.
If you're feeling pain, numbness or restrictions around your scar, we can help.
In this therapy session, we use a combination of manual therapy, myofascial release and breathwork to help you recover.
This is suitable for 8+ weeks after C-section and fully healed scars.
Brazilian sculpting massage is a non-invasive body sculpting technique that contours and shapes the body's size and proportions while reducing water retention, stubborn fat, and cellulite.
Each technique has its own purpose: to restructure, contour, lift buttocks, relax tired muscles, and smooth out cellulite.
The result of Brazilian sculpting massage is visible results after just one session. The repetitive rhythmic movements activate the bodies circulationary and lymphatic systems to help flush stored toxins from the body. This results in visible results after just one session.
My role as a postnatal wellness coach is to support you during and after
your first 40 days. This time is a crucial period for mum to recover from birth

conscious children with peace and harmony at home.
