After struggling with my own health issues and finding little support from traditional medical channels, I began researching and experimenting with intensity. I discovered effective techniques and information that I want to share with everyone. While I am not a doctor and encourage seeking medical advise, I want to empower others to take control of their own health and wellbeing.
No matter how much time has passed since giving birth, it is never too late to focus on postnatal recovery. Whether you had your baby 1 hour or 40 years ago, there are steps you can take to support your physical and emotional well-being. These might include regular exercise, healthy eating, stress management techniques, and seeking support from friends, family, or healthcare professionals as needed.
You can’t predict exactly what your birth will be like. You can prepare for the best, but you can’t prepare for the worst.
In general, women have all different kinds of experiences with childbirth. Your experience may be very positive or it may be extremely negative. No matter what happens during your labor and delivery, know that you are not alone and there is no right or wrong way to give birth. It might feel like everything is out of control—but this feeling is temporary! Remember: You will have an amazing support team around you to help guide you through this process in whatever way feels best for YOU!
